My daughter, a junior at an academically rigorous high school, mentally froze every time she was handed a Math test. She studied for hours and successfully completed her homework nightly. Or was she being a teen age drama queen? I’m so glad I found Jeanna Gomez! Jeanna worked with my daughter and gave her strategies on how to calm and focus her mind. Jeanna implemented a psychotherapy called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help treat her performance anxiety. My daughter is returning to her confident, happy self again! For individual or Relationship counseling, I highly recommend Jeanna Gomez. Although her main office is located in Houston, she is a Sugar Land Resident that occasionally provides workshops in Sugar Land. Her intuitive approach coupled with her ability to quickly identify key areas in need of improvement are what have people coming back to her time and time again. She is not only a Great Listener, she is able to provide appropriate advice personally and professionally with specific recommendations at the very first appointment. - Susan Garczynski
