We hired Ray to inspect our home's A/C after our first few bills were horrendously high. Ray did a very thorough evaluation and recommended some important servicing be done and also some part repairs. For a variety of reasons outside our control, Ray's suggestions were not implemented in a timely way and sure enough, the A/C system developed a serious problem and caused water damage to our home. I contacted Ray for just a cost estimate and when he could possibly work an annual inspection/cleaning of my 2 AC units. Not only was his base cost lower but he was able to schedule me for Saturday without an extra charge! I did not have to take off work - a great benefit for me! I had an opportunity to contact Rays A/C and the service was above excellent. Ray was referred to me by a friend. At first, I was a bit skeptical as with many other vendors. But when I spoke to Ray and explained what I thought the problem was, he immediately came to the rescue. He did not offer any maybe solutions. He said I will come by and look at the A/C and evaluate from there and assured me that the price would be fair and equitable. Ray A/C and Heating came into my life during a very hot weekend of Summer. As property manager I was called to repair a non-working unit on a Friday afternoon at around 6:00pm, a business associate recommended Rays A/C and after calling him, he was at the house that same night and solved the problem.
