Sun A/C showed how an extended warranty situation can be handled smoothly in a true "we will take care of you" fashion. In addition they were able to schedule an appointment quickly, showed up on time, and professionally and courteously took care of the repair. Excellent. - MBerg

My upstairs AC was not working. I read reviews on SugarLandNetwork.com and decided to give Sun A/C a try. I had used one of the major home service companies in the past and, although the work was competent, I wanted to try a smaller company where I was a valued customer and not just a number. I certainly got the feeling that the people at Sun care about their customers. They arrived at the scheduled time and Chris, the technician, took the time to explain everything. Some major work had to be done a couple of days later and those technicians were also courteous and made sure the work area was covered with a drop-cloth. And I saved $$ by using their coupon posted on SugarLandNetwork.com. !! In summary, I was very pleased. - RRH

The air conditioning at one of my rental properties did not work. I called John Moore Services, their technician spent few minutes then asked for $2,400 for the replacement of the compressor. I called SUN for a second opinion, SUN fixed my air conditioning unit for less than $80. I sincerely appreciate Sun's honesty and quick response. We found Sun through a friend in 2002. We had just been told by another merchant that we needed a new a/c unit. This other merchant was putting a high pressure sales pitch on me. We were suspicious, so we got a second opinion from Sun, and found that we didn't need to replace our unit. We got another FIVE years of service out of that unit. We finally replaced it in 2007, using Sun, of course. Sun is an honest merchant. - JCF

We found Sun while looking through the "Sugar Land Trusted Referral Network." We asked Jim Mazurkiewicz to come by to discuss our situation. He listened to our needs and gave us a very competitive quote on a new furnace. On 2/6/07, Sun installed our new furnace. The job was done quickly and with very few interruptions. The workers were polite and very focused on the job at hand. Overall, we had a great experience with Sun. We used The Network website to find someone to repair/replace our A/C unit when it went out on a Sunday. My husband called on Sunday afternoon and they were at my home on Monday morning. By Monday evening we had a new unit (both inside and outside) installed. In addition, they offered us the best quote compared to 3 other companies we had contacted. Wow!!
